Is Shipping Free?

We currently offer free shipping to only US at the moment. Your shipping will be calculated once you place your order, and will be displayed at checkout.

How Do I Track the Status of an Order?

You’ll receive a shipment notification by email. This email will contain a tracking URL. You can also view your tracking number on our website. Please log onto our website and select “view account”. On the left side, you will notice “orders”. Click that section. 

You will see the “track shipment” under “actions”. You can easily check the status of your order by clicking this section.

If your tracking link is not working, please notify our Customer Happiness Team via letstalk@vivoo.io. We will be happy to help you as soon as possible.

How Often Do You Ship?

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping time may vary according to national holidays in your country.

Refund Policy

Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your orders.

Refund Policy

Our policy is for 30-day refunds. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your product, you have a whole month from the delivery date to request a full refund.

Keep in mind that our 30-day refund policy is not available for subscription renewals. To avoid any inconvenience, make sure to cancel your subscription before your subscription period comes to an end. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any exceptions in this regard.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, please get in touch with us first at letstalk@vivoo.io. Sometimes, the issue may not be related to our company. If the problem is caused by another party, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:

  • Double-check your bank account to ensure that the refund hasn't been credited.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted to your account.
  • Reach out to your bank, as there might be a processing delay before the refund appears on your account.
  • Keep in mind that refunds often take some time to fully process.

Return Process

For questions regarding eligibility for returns and to obtain the necessary return address information, please reach out to our customer service via letstalk@vivoo.io.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order that exceeds the maximum purchase limit of three items.
